Purpose & Impact: Help shape Athene’s founding engineering team in Austin and the technology platform that transforms how annuity and retirement products are distributed and managed. As Product Analyst, you will connect strategy with engineering execution: evaluate partner platforms and integration options, analyze data and system capabilities, translate approved priorities into well-defined requirements, and equip Athene and Apollo leadership with technically grounded recommendations. Reporting to the SVP, Technology, you will work closely with Engineering, Architecture, Distribution, Actuarial and partner organizations to answer: What should we build, how should it fit together, and why now? This is an opportunity to influence a new platform with executive sponsorship, combining Athene’s scale and Apollo partnership with a culture of innovation, ownership and our BEAM values.
