Description

Build, operate, and improve production infrastructure, with a focus on AWS, Kubernetes, and CDN and caching systems.Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues across Linux, networking, Kubernetes, and content delivery.Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management to make deployments consistent and reliable.Develop monitoring and alerting, investigate production incidents, and implement improvements that prevent recurrence.Collaborate with development, support, and QA teams to improve infrastructure reliability and performance.Propose and implement improvements that benefit our infrastructure, teams, and users.Participate in the team’s on-call rotation to resolve production incidents and restore service availability. 4+ years of experience operating production infrastructure, with strong Linux administration, networking, and troubleshooting skills.Strong understanding of AWS fundamentals, including compute, networking, load balancing, and auto scaling.Practical experience administering and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters, including cluster upgrades, networking, and scaling.Experience operating CDN and HTTP caching infrastructure using Varnish, NGINX, or similar technologies, with a solid understanding of HTTP, DNS, TLS, cache behavior, and invalidation.Experience automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management using Terraform and tools such as Ansible, Chef, or equivalents.Experience using Prometheus, Grafana, or equivalen
