HR Technology Security Analyst Description - Job Summary HR Systems enables secure, scalable, and innovative technology solutions that power the employee experience across HP's global workforce. As part of the HR Technology organization, the HR Systems Security Analyst serves as a recognized expert in Workday Security, HR technology governance, and identity and access management. This role is responsible for the strategy, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security and access controls across Workday and other HR technology platforms. The position partners closely with HR, HRIT, Cybersecurity, Privacy, Compliance, Audit, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient solutions that support business objectives while safeguarding employee data. Working on highly complex initiatives, this role leads access governance programs, security architecture enhancements, automation efforts, and enterprise-wide projects that strengthen compliance, reduce risk, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the employee experience. As a trusted advisor, the HR Systems Security Analyst influences governance practices, drives process improvements, and provides thought leadership in support of HP's evolving HR technology ecosystem.
