"KDB Bank Uzbekistan" is international and stable bank in Uzbekistan. We are looking for AI Specialist Duties: Develop, implement, and maintain the bank’s AI policies including ethical guidelines, data usage standards, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Ensure alignment with national and international regulatory frameworks (e.g., GDPR, AI Act, local financial regulations) . Provide recommendations for procurement or partnership with AI solution providers. Oversee integration of selected AI tools into banking operations (e.g., core banking, fraud detection, customer service). Collaborate with IT, security, compliance, and operations teams to ensure successful AI deployments. Support internal capacity-building efforts through staff education and training programs on AI systems and usage. Ensure systems are regularly audited for performance, bias, and compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or related technical field. 2+ years of experience in AI-related roles, preferably within financial services, fintech, or a regulated industry. Deep comprehension of model architectures (Transformers, CNNs, RNNs, Mixture-of-Experts, Encoder-only vs. Decoder-only models). Clear operational understanding of the distinct branches of AI—including Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision (CV), and Time-Series Analytics.
