Location: Romania Work model: Remote - With occasional on-site presence in Bucharest Contract: B2B Start: ASAP / 1 month's notice Duration: 6 months - possibility of extension About the role We're looking for an SAP ECC Specialist who understands logistics and has a strong focus on finance and pricing. This isn't a traditional accounting role. You'll focus on logistics processes and calculation logic. You'll join an existing team as a sparring partner. You'll work in a highly customised SAP ECC system that is barely documented. No S/4HANA migration is planned, so your expertise in ECC will stay valuable. Responsibilities Trace figures and pricing logic through the SAP ECC system Read and understand ABAP code to explain how calculations work Investigate system deviations and find their root causes Understand and follow the data flows between SAP - and the data warehouse Support the existing team as a sparring partner Clarify country- and customer-related questions Give clear, practical recommendations Communicate with stakeholders and keep them informed Requirements Must-have Proven experience as an SAP ECC specialist Extensive understanding of logistics Financial understanding, with knowledge of finance and pricing in logistics processes (not classic accounting) Ability to analyse ABAP code Very strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders A hands-on approach Knowledge of the European market , especially retail
