Industry: banking Location: hybrid - Łódź/Warsaw/Gdańsk/Gdynia Rate: up to 140 pln/h net + vat, B2B Long-term project Main Responsibilities Lead initiatives of varying complexity, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities. Design and organize effective execution setups. Conduct change management activities including risk management and escalations. Coach individuals and teams to enhance team performance. Coordinate multiple interconnected areas, managing outsourcing and regulatory challenges. Drive implementation of changes across business areas and legal entities. Facilitate group-wide information sharing and data sourcing initiatives. Requirements Proven experience delivering complex projects or programmes. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with governance, reporting, risk management, and change management. Ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment. Experience coordinating activities across multiple teams and business functions. Experience in one or more of the following areas: AML / Financial Crime Prevention KYC & Transaction Monitoring Regulatory & Compliance Change Data Management & Data Sourcing Information Sharing Outsourcing & Third-Party Management Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) Banking or Financial Services Different positions require different levels of seniority and domain expertise, ranging from hands-on delivery PMs to senior programme leaders responsible for strategic oversigh
