This is a remote position. Genesis Consulting has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, forward thinking SAP Payroll Operations Manager with a passion for growth and business transformation. Join our team and utilize SAP technology to configure, develop, deliver and support applications for our clients while leveraging concepts of Lean, Agile, Kanban and SAFe. Our clients are some of the world’s leading companies and the candidate will be a part of challenging projects to build and support technical solutions for their needs. Duties and Responsibilities: The SAP Payroll Operations Manager will be responsible for running and supporting successful SAP HR Payroll and Time for bi-weekly and off-cycle payroll runs, reporting, filing and auditing. Other duties include but may not be limited to: Perform general ledger analysis of payroll liability accounts and third party vendors; provide technical and functional support for all payroll operations including initiating and reviewing reports to ensure data integrity and accuracy of the following : payroll simulations, wage reports, bank and vendor transactions; responsible for payroll taxes, tax audit compliance and tax updates; support the Payroll Manager in oversight of successful Payroll Department operations Ensure federal and state payroll regulations are enforced Assist payroll staff in interpreting, and applying payroll and benefit laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures; answer inquiries from internal an
