About the Role Senior Software Engineer – IBOR We are growing our engineering team and looking for highly motivated engineers to make an impact at Wellington. This is a great opportunity for an engineer to build a career and learn about IBOR (Investor Book of Record). This position requires a high level of collaboration and interaction with our other technology partners across the department, and an ability to deliver in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The individual must be a self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work on a variety of assignments with people at all levels of the organization. Responsibilities Design, implement, deploy, and support IBOR platform components Build scalable, high-performance backend services using Java, Spring, and SpringBoot Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions Work with PMs, Tech Leads, and QA on estimates, delivery, and risk managemen
