The Role As a Manager in the Deals team, you'll play a hands-on role delivering the analytics that sit behind every client recommendation — from due diligence through to post-deal value creation. You'll work closely with Managers, Senior Managers and Partners on live transactions and value capture projects, building the models, dashboards and analysis that drives high value decisions. Deals covers Deal Readiness, Value Creation, Decision Support and Reporting Insights. This role also supports our FDD team as we build out data and analytics work alongside more traditional diligence reporting. You'll get exposure to live transactions early and be trusted with real client-facing work sooner than you typically would at a larger firm. Key Responsibilities Turn raw client data into clean, structured datasets ready for analysis. Build and maintain financial models, data extracts and dashboards for buy-side and sell-side diligence engagements. Support exit readiness reviews by pulling together data on KPIs, business plans and the underlying data landscape. Carry out profitability analysis (customer, product, pricing) to help identify value creation opportunities. Prepare forecasting, scenario and sensitivity
