Design ServiceNow instance architecture, data models and integrations for FedRAMP High and IL4 environments Set platform standards for scoped apps, ACLs, update sets and upgrades so what we build stays maintainable Tell us where a design breaks on security controls, performance, licensing or the upgrade path Check claims about platform capability, the authorization boundary and compliance before they reach the Government Required: Hands-on ServiceNow architecture experience across ITSM, ITOM, CSM, SecOps or custom scoped applications Experience building or operating ServiceNow in a FedRAMP High, DoD IL4 or comparable government cloud environment U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident (U.S. person) Willing to be named on a federal proposal with a one-page resume, and to sign a short letter of commitment Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect, Certified Master Architect or Certified Implementation Specialist credentials Integration Hub, MID Server, Flow Designer and REST or SOAP integrations with federal systems Experience supporting ATO packages, NIST 800-53 control implementation or DISA STIGs
