GENERAL PURPOSE Serves as an IT Application Analyst for a suite of order management applications, including custom-built AWS applications for order management and quoting, address validation and payment services, and a contract management application entering a period of modernization. Primary emphasis is on quoting and contract management.

Translates business needs into sound technical designs, partners closely with developers and business stakeholders, and provides advanced application support. Documentation is a key deliverable of this role: solution designs and support processes are written in enough detail that other team members can confidently serve as a backup, and that AI and other emerging technologies can be used effectively. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Serves as the application analyst for assigned order management applications, developing a working understanding of each application's functionality, interfaces, and dependencies.
