Description

Deliver technical assistance to customers through multiple channels including phone, live chat, email, and onsite visits when required. Participate in a 24/7 support environment, working on rotating shifts as scheduled. Investigate and resolve technical problems by identifying root causes and applying appropriate troubleshooting methods.

Requirements

Higher Nitec and above Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Prior exposure to networking or cybersecurity solution deployment will be an advantage.
