Scrum Master

Job Summary: The job holder will play a critical role in facilitating agile practices and principles within VUZ development teams. He/she will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of streaming services and products. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of VUZ streaming platform.

Agile Facilitation: Serve as a dedicated Scrum Master for one or more agile development teams, providing guidance and coaching on Scrum principles and practices. Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, to ensure they are effective and focused on achieving sprint goals. Remove impediments and obstacles to the team's progress and ensure a smooth flow of work.

Team Empowerment: Empower and support the development team in self-organization and cross-functional collaboration. Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, promoting transparency, inspection, and adaptation. Ensure that team members are aware of their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure alignment on project priorities and goals. Communicate project status, risks, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership as needed. Promote open communication and transparency within the organization.

Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and report on key agile m
