🔥 We&;re Hiring: AI / Machine Learning Engineer (Mid/Senior) We are looking for 2 experienced AI / Machine Learning Engineers to join a long-term international project focused on developing AI-powered solutions for ERP systems and cloud applications. 📍 Location: Wrocław or 100% Remote 📅 Start: ASAP ⏳ Duration: Long-term project (minimum 1 year) 🕒 Working hours: CET 💰 Rate: up to 140 PLN/h(40$/h) (depending on experience) 🚀 About the Project You will work on innovative AI solutions supporting ERP systems and cloud platforms, including: 📄 AI-powered ERP Automation Build intelligent solutions that automate financial document processing, including: • Invoice classification and cost categorization based on document content and contractors • Integration with Large Language Models (LLMs) to analyze financial document context • Self-learning AI mechanisms improving classification accuracy based on accountants&; feedback • Scalable cloud architecture supporting over 10,000 accounting environments • Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with vector databases for historical document analysis 🤖 AI Knowledge Base & Intelligent Assistant Develop an AI-driven knowledge platform that continuously learns from technical support activities: • Integration with service desk tools to automatically create knowledge articles • LLM-powered interpretation and clustering of similar support cases • Automatic generation of summaries and solution recommendations • Continuous learning and knowledge updates • Conversational AI chatbot integrated with SaaS applications • Context-aware search using vector databases and RAG architecture ✅ Requirements AI / Machine Learning • Strong Python programming skills • Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow/Keras, scikit-learn, Hugging Face • Experience building and fine-tuning NLP/LLM solutions • Knowledge of prompt engineering, tokenization, Transformer architecture, LoRA and fine-tuning techniques • Experience evaluating AI models (Precision, Recall, F1, Perplexity) LLM & RAG • Practical experience with OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, Llama or similar models • Hands-on experience building RAG solutions • Experience with vector databases such as: FAISS Pinecone Milvus Weaviate Chroma • Knowledge of embeddings, semantic search and vector indexing AI Architecture • Experience designing scalable AI architectures • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP) • Data pipelines using Airflow, Prefect or Dagster • Event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redis Streams) • Model and data versioning • Continual learning / incremental updates AI Agents • Experience with: LangChain LlamaIndex Haystack AutoGen • Building AI Agents capable of using tools and APIs • Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a strong advantage Data • SQL • Data preprocessing and augmentation • APIs • Working with structured and unstructured data (text, images, audio) • Big Data technologies 🎯 Requirements ✔ Mid/Senior level ✔ Polish – B2 minimum (required) ✔ English allowing work in an international environment ✔ Experience with production AI solutions 📩 If you&;re interested or know someone who could be a great fit, feel free to reach out: [handle] ——— Контакт: [handle] #x27
