Founded in 2017, HALA is currently licensed by the Saudi Arabian Central Bank. Assist in preparing and processing purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) . Support vendor communication, including follow-ups on deliveries, quotations, and documentation. Help maintain and update procurement records, databases, and tracking sheets. Assist in reviewing invoices and coordinating with the Finance team for payment processing. Support contract documentation, filing, and organization. <li data-section-id="
