Responsibilities Plan and execute manual test strategies for Layer 2/Layer 3 switching platforms, ProAV (Audio/Video over IP), and associated UI software. Validate features related to VLAN, QoS, IGMP snooping, multicast routing, Dante, and network-based audio/video control protocols. Design and maintain test cases in collaboration with developers, product managers, and system architects. Perform functional, regression, performance, and stress testing on web interfaces, mobile apps, and embedded device firmware. Log detailed and reproducible issues in Jira; verify fixes and provide input on root cause analysis. Analyze system behavior across multiple platforms (Web, Mobile, Networked Devices). Contribute to test documentation including test plans, bug reports, and test summaries. Requirements 3+ years of experience in manual QA for Networking product
