Description
UXデザイナー - 新位置情報モバイルゲーム Niantic’s UX Design team delivers innovative mobile experiences that inspire "exploration, exercise, and connection" for players around the world. In this position, you will tackle unique design challenges set in the real world, always placing the player’s perspective at the center of your UX design. For your assigned game title, you will drive the UX design process from concept to completion. You will handle a broad scope of work—including UX flows, wireframes, and UI design—to shape intuitive and user-friendly experiences. Additionally, a crucial part of this role involves validating ideas using mockups and prototypes to clearly visualize and refine design concepts. In development, you will collaborate closely with a diverse group of experts—including Engineers, Product Managers, User Researchers, and Artists—to co-create unique Niantic experiences that blend the real and digital worlds. You will actively participate in brainstorming and new feature planning, contributing directly to the product's direction. Additionally, you will communicate your design intent visually to internal and external stakeholders using wireframes and specifications. Your goal is to foster a shared understanding while building out the design.
