Monks is looking for a Senior Art Director to take the lead in thinking up digital ads and assets for awesome brands. The position is all about harmonizing speed, style and scale to produce loads of good-looking assets at a steady pace. Role & Responsibilities You’ll create style proposals, sketches, mockups and prototypes to kickstart the design for products, features and new campaigns. Working for the world’s most beloved brands, you’ll make sure designs are awesome and in line with expectations. You’ll look after the execution of the art direction and help to improve the work by offering new angles, inspiration, best practices and practical solutions. You’ll help translate creative/client briefs into thorough design briefs. Pixel perfectness is important, so you’ll safeguard quality at all times. Working alongside the Creative Director and the team, you’ll make sure our designs and processes are in line with the client’s objective
