At Brigit, data plays a critical role in ensuring we build products that truly support financial stability. In this role, you will uncover insights about how members manage money, navigate financial stress, and use our products in their daily lives. Your work will directly inform product strategy and design decisions, helping teams build experiences that are intuitive, supportive, and impactful. We are looking for a UX Researcher who will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and marketing to identify research questions, conduct studies, and translate findings into actionable insights.
