Anticipated Contract End Date/Length: October 31, 2026 Work Set Up: HybridOur client in the Information Technology and Services industry is looking for a Senior User Researcher to support the design and delivery of user-centred digital services within a public sector environment. This role will focus on leading research activities across the full digital service lifecycle, from Discovery and Alpha through Beta and Live, while ensuring services are accessible, inclusive, and aligned with user needs and organisational objectives.The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in public sector user research, human-centred design, and multidisciplinary collaboration. This individual will play a key role in translating research findings into actionable insights that inform digital service design, policy, and strategic decision-making.What you will do:Conduct user research activities across Discovery, Alpha, Beta, and Live phases of digital service delivery.Lead user engagement initiatives using a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods.Translate research findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Collaborate with Product Managers, Content Designers, Interaction Designers, and multidisciplinary delivery teams.Facilitate analysis and synthesis sessions to build consensus and challenge assumptions.Apply human-centred and empathetic research approaches to service design and improvement.Design and execute inclusive research activities that support accessibility and diverse user needs.Select and apply appropriate research methods based on product lifecy
