About you: 5+ years of relevant professional experience in strategic revenue growth or B2B sales within a SaaS company. Strong understanding of developer infrastructure, particularly within the Web3 and crypto ecosystem. Familiarity with the needs, workflows, and pain points of a developer-focused audience. Proven ability to write, test, and iterate on copy, creative assets, and distribution strategies. Working knowledge of data analytics tools to track, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance. Demonstrated experience scaling growth channels and driving revenue in a SaaS B2B environment. Comfortable engaging directly with decision makers at B2B organizations, with a track record of successfully educating and onboarding them onto SaaS platforms. A systematic problem-solving mindset with a strong sense of ownership and execution. Experience working in a remote or highly distributed team environment is a plus. About the role The Growth Manager will be responsible for driving user engagement and revenue growth across the platform, with a particular focus on creatively unlocking new opportunities within a highly targeted and limited market. This role owns the development and execution of a go-to-market strategy aimed at attracting, converting, and retaining developers and strategic partners.
