シニアVFXアーティスト Location: Tokyo, Japan    私たちについて Limit Breakは、深い専門知識、個人と業界の成長、そして卓越した技術を基本理念としています。モバイルゲーム業界の世界的リーダーとして、ゲームの枠を超えたデジタル市場の変革と活気あるコミュニティの構築に取り組んでいます。最新技術や暗号通貨を活用し、創造力豊かなビジョンで世界中の人々を繋げる体験を提供しています。   Limit Breakは、Buckley VenturesやParadigm Venturesなどの著名な投資家からの支援を受けています。共にゲーム業界の未来を形作る才能溢れる人材を探しております。   Limit Breakの一員として、あなたの創造性と情熱、私たちと共に限界を超える挑戦に参加しませんか。   業務内容 新作タイトルにおけるVFXスタイルを確立し、制作プロセスを構築・運用 アートディレクターやコンセプトアートと連携し、高品質なシミュレーション、テクスチャ、マテリアルの作成を主導 社内外のVFXチームのタスク管理、スケジュール調整、育成、ドキュメントの作成 エンジニアやテクニカルアートと協力し、VFX制作パイプラインを構築・改善 ツールやゲーム内でのトラブルシューティングの対応 応募条件 VFX制作およびチームリーダーとしての実務経験（5〜7年程度） タイミング、モーション、ボリューム保存に関する深い理解 業界標準のDCCツール（Maya、Houdini、Photoshop等）を用いたアセット制作の習熟 近代的なゲームエンジン（Unreal Engine、Unity、または独自エンジン）の実務経験 最適化されたコンテンツ制作のための、パフォーマンス予算や技術的制約に関する確かな理解 部門を横断した高い連携能力、およびリモート環境でのチーム管理能力 歓迎スキル メモリやパフォーマンスを考慮した、アセットのプロファイリングおよび最適化の経験 リアルタイムレンダリング技術や、アセット制作ツール全般への幅広い関心 プロシージャル（手続き型）によるコンテンツ制作の経験 求める人物像 ゼロからVFXスタイルやワークフローを構築することに意欲的な方 反復的なデザインや、仲間との対等な文化を大切にできる方 技術的な制約の中で、視覚的なクオリティを最大化するための解決策を模索できる方 組織的かつ計画的にチームを動かせる方   Senior VFX Artist Location: Tokyo, Japan   About us: Deep expertise.
