In this newly created, high-impact role within our Finance Program Management Office (PMO), you will serve as the architect and champion of change management across our portfolio of Finance transformation programs. You will define how the Finance PMO approaches change — establishing frameworks, standards, and toolkits that become the backbone of every project we run — while also leading GenAI adoption initiatives across the FinOps organization. This is not a back-office coordination role. You will be a visible, strategic partner to program managers, business stakeholders, and Finance leadership — translating complex transformations into clear, human-centered adoption experiences that stick. You will own the end-to-end change journey: from stakeholder analysis and impact assessment through to training, readiness validation, and go-live sustainment. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and cultivate a small, high-performing team of change professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous development. You are equally comfortable operating at the strategic level (designing frameworks, advising leadership) and at the tactical level (building a comms plan, running a workshop, tracking adoption metrics). You understand that technology only delivers value when people actually use it — and you make that happen. This is a hybrid position that can be based in either Los Angeles or Los Gatos and offers the flexibility to work remotely part-time.
