This Employee Relations Manager position is part of the Talent Tech and Operations (TTO) team based in Amsterdam, which designs and runs the infrastructure to deliver an outstanding talent experience supporting the full employee lifecycle for Netflix employees in the regional market. What We Do: Our Employee Relations team operates across three pillars: Prevention - We partner with HRBPs, people managers, and Inclusion to identify risk early and build practices that reduce employee relations issues before they escalate. Case Management - We manage complex employee matters - performance, conduct, sickness, disciplinary - with consistency, rigor, and sound judgment.
