Lista Protocol is hiring across engineering roles to help build and maintain core infrastructure for a DeFi protocol focused on liquid staking, lending, collateralized debt positions, and stablecoin mechanics. We are looking for Solidity Engineers, Protocol Engineers, and Security Engineers / Smart Contract Auditors who want to work on production-grade DeFi systems. Depending on the role, you may contribute to smart contracts, protocol design, protocol upgrades, integrations, audits, testing, monitoring, and security improvements across the Lista ecosystem. Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain smart contracts, protocol systems, and security workflows for DeFi products. - Work on protocol features related to staking, lending, collateral, liquidity, stablecoin systems, liquidation logic, and oracle integrations. - Write high-quality unit, integration, invariant, fuzz, and simulation tests where relevant to your role. - Collaborate with engineers, auditors, researchers, product teams, and ecosystem partners to improve security and reliability. - Review smart contract and protocol changes, identify risks, and support audit preparation before release. - Monitor deployed contracts and help improve protocol operations, incident response, and risk management.
