What You’ll Do We're looking for a senior, analytically-driven leader to own our Pricing & Promotions function. This is a player-coach role: you'll be hands-on with the work, manage and develop one direct report, and operate with significant autonomy and direct visibility to senior leadership. You'll own our pricing/promotions experimentation program end-to-end, lead promotional strategy and performance analysis, and build out our discount budgeting capability. You'll also create and optimize a cross-functional pricing strategy, bringing a more coherent and intentional approach to how we price and discount across ecommerce, retail, and emerging channels.
