We are hiring Senior / Team Lead level folks from influencer marketing brands/agencies Company: fellowers.ai, an AI-native influencer marketing agency (US & worldwide) Work format: Full-time, remote Salary: USD, based on experience Hey! We're fellowers, an ai-native influencer marketing agency helping B2C brands like faceapp.com and scentbird.com grow through influencers in the US and worldwide. We're automating our workflows to scale placements 100x while keeping our team focused on high-judgment tasks, taste, and relationships. We've tried dozens of ai tools for influencer marketing, none are flexible enough for real client work. That's why we believe influencer campaigns will be managed by tech-first agencies that can adapt their tech to each client and own the final result. And in that future people's work gets way more interesting. We're building that company and looking for someone excited to build it with us. Altair, the fund behind Miro and Deel, backs this vision and picked us out of hundreds of startups for their AltaLab program. We're looking for someone to own client campaigns end to end and grow into an AI Influencer Marketing Engineer. You might be a Senior, a Team Lead, or just an insanely talented specialist. What you'll do: - Lead influencer campaigns from signed contract to final report: brief the client, set real goals, break them into tasks, plan resources, and deliver - Manage a team of influencer managers and our AI agents on your projects - Set up and train our AI agents (we'll teach you everything here) What we're looking for: - 1+ year of hands-on global influencer campaigns at an agency or in-house - Experience managing a team on projects - English that lets you comfortably run meetings - You already use AI tools in work and life and can show us how - Naturally organized and structured - You like working with people, and you're curious about learning how to work with AI agents How to apply: DM [handle] with your cv/LinkedIn and one line about yourself tagged "IM chat"
