You will join our Paris or London office, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams on high-impact strategic and technology-driven initiatives. This role is designed as a high-exposure, accelerated learning opportunity for exceptional early-career profiles who combine strong analytical horsepower with genuine technical curiosity. You will operate at the intersection of strategy, AI initiatives, research enablement, operational projects, and internal tooling, contributing directly to initiatives that impact the firm at scale. Your future role at QRT: Support cross-functional strategic projects across research, technology, and business teams Contribute to internal AI and LLM-related initiatives Build lightweight data tools and automation scripts Assist with small coding and workflow optimization projects Prepare structured analyses and executive-ready materials
