Description

Core Mission: Lead and advance the finance, accounting, e-Approval, and HR product lines within CyberLogitec’s SaaS ERP ecosystem. Minimum 3+ years of experience in SaaS product management/ownership (Preferred: 3–5 years for Middle / 6+ years for Senior). Deep understanding of SaaS products (B2B/Enterprise) and subscription-based business models. Proven ability to translate complex customer requirements and business processes into clear product documentation (PRDs, user stories, wireframes). Data-driven mindset with the ability to define problems, track metrics, and strategically prioritize the product backlog. Excellent communication and leadership skills to align and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Soft Skills & Mindset Ownership & Initiative: A self-starter who can independently drive the entire product lifecycle—from problem discovery to solution delivery and post-launch validation. Systemic & Logical Thinking: Ability to dissect chaotic real-world operations and break them down into standardized, intuitive SaaS features. Agility & Resilience: Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment, adapting quickly to changes and product iteration cycles.
