We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to own, develop, and continuously improve our internal ServiceNow platform. You will serve as the primary technical resource across our active ITSM module, Service Catalog, and Employee Center, while driving the expansion and adoption of ITOM and Hardware Asset Management Pro. This is a platform ownership role. You should think in terms of process efficiency, data integrity, and user adoption — not just ticket resolution. You will own the deployment of solutions and modules from end-to-end: from scoping and design through development, testing, and continuous improvement in production Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary developer and administrator for the ServiceNow platform across the enterprise environment Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs Build and manage Flow Designer flows, Subflows, and Actions to automate IT and business processes Administer Update Sets and manage change promotion across Dev, Test, and Production environments Design and deploy IntegrationHub spokes and spoke actions to automate workflows with enterprise identity, patch management, and monitoring platforms/tools Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with internal systems and third-party tools Configure and mature the Change Management module including change models, approval workflows, CAB automation, and risk assessment policies Mature and maintain the CMDB including Discovery schedules, normalization rules, CI relationships, and
