MisMar Senior Business Analyst (Remote/On-site) [Riyadh] Responsibilities: - Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret complex data to generate actionable insights. - Analysis and system design for new requirements and product enhancement. - Elicit technical requirements from enterprise clients, internal product leaders, and subject matter experts through technical workshops, user interviews, and data observation. - Write clear technical documentation, including functional specification documents (FSDs), system architecture flowcharts, and unified modeling language (UML) diagrams. - Map system workflow using BPMN tools to streamline software logic and identify data delivery gaps. - Own the Agile product backlog by drafting production-ready User Stories, mapping acceptance criteria (BDD/Gherkin format), and participating in Sprint Planning and backlog grooming. - Define and prioritize new product features, enhancements, user experience changes, based on market trends and customers feedback. - Work closely with engineering and product teams to conceptualize, develop, and design new products. - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
