We’re Hiring | Full Stack Tech Lead Key Responsibilities * Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers. * Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. * Build and optimize backend services using PHP (Laravel) and Node.js (NestJS /Express.js). * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. * Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and best practices. * Design system architecture and drive technical decisions. * Manage sprint planning, task estimation, and technical execution. * Ensure application performance, security, and scalability. * Oversee deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines. Requirements * 5+ years of experience in Full Stack Development. * Previous experience as a Technical Lead or Team Lead. * Strong hands-on experience with PHP and Laravel. * Strong experience with Node.js using NestJS or Express.js. * Solid experience with React.js or Vue.js. * Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and Microservices Architecture. * Experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. * Good knowledge of Git, Docker, and CI/CD. * Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms. * Strong understanding of System Design, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, and Clean Architecture. * Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills. -Location: Giza -Work Model : On-Site To apply, send your CV to: [link]
