Description

Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field. Oracle Database administration certifications Oracle SOA Suite Administration/Development certification or demonstrable hands-on experience. Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) certification or practical experience in developing and supporting ETL/integration processes. Oracle APEX (Application Express) development and administration skills. Oracle Analytics Server (OAS) administration, configuration, and report/dashboard support experience. Good understanding of Oracle Database administration concepts, SQL, and PL/SQL. Microsoft Certified System Engineer Good Unix/Linux Administration knowledge and skills Cloud administration certification, skills, experience Cloud administration knowledge, experience ITIL Foundation Certification. Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Applications or Oracle E-Business Suite Basic hardware knowledge Three (3) years of experience in system administration in a similar environment Responisibilities Implement, monitor, and maintain user access controls by ensuring timely provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user accounts, conducting periodic user access reviews, and ensuring compliance with the organization's information security policies and audit requirements. Ensure the % system and user availability of all systems is well above the SLA levels. Coordinate the external (S/W & H/W) suppliers to ensure they meet their SLA ‘s. Provide trend analysis reports to the IT management team to support in decision making Ensure standardization and documentation of systems, support techniques, and adherence to defined IT service management processes to ensure availability and reliability of systems and services. Work closely with Problem Manager to identify trends and the impact to the business to identify root cause and resolve problems within agreed SLA times. Test, Monitor, and support all interfaces to ensure IT service availability and reliability. Work with the Business system
