Description

Responsibilites: Auth0 Engineering & Configuration: Design, implement, and maintain authentication and authorisation solutions using Auth0, including user flows, rules/actions, and identity federation. Customer Identity (CIAM): Develop and optimise customer identity journeys, ensuring seamless and secure user experiences across applications. OKTA Core Support & Enhancement: Configure and maintain OKTA core functionalities such as SSO, MFA, and lifecycle management, ensuring alignment with global IAM standards. Cybersecurity & ISPM Contribution: Participate in the implementation and monitoring of identity security controls, including Identity Security Posture Management (ISPM) features. OKTA Workflows Contribution: Contribute to the development of workflows for automation of identity processes (basic to intermediate complexity). Integration & APIs: Integrate identity platforms with applications using standard protocols (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML) and APIs. Incident & Problem Support: Provide support for complex identity-related issues and contribute to root cause analysis and remediation actions. Security & Compliance: Ensure authentication mechanisms and identity processes comply with security standards and regulatory requirements. Collaboration: Work with application teams, product teams, and cybersecurity stakeholders to design and implement appropriate identity solutions. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of configurations, architectures, and processes. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving identity services, tools, and practices.
