ABOUT THE ROLE: Notion is growing quickly, and our Corporate Services needs are becoming more complex. We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager, Corporate Services to own strategic sourcing and supplier management across critical areas of our company. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Finance, Legal, InfoSec, Privacy, IT, Compliance, HR, and Facilities to lead sourcing processes, negotiate commercial terms, manage supplier performance, and help teams make clear decisions across cost, quality, speed, risk, and experience. We’re opening this role to bring strategic sourcing support earlier into the decision-making process, helping leaders clarify the right approach, surface trade-offs, and move faster with confidence as Notion scales. Done well, this role will drive savings and cost avoidance while helping us build supplier agreements that protect the business and support how our teams work.
