We are seeking a hands-on Senior Device Engineer - Mechanical to join our hardware team in San Diego and help define the future of connected-home devices, including video doorbells, cameras, sensors, and control modules. As the Senior Device Engineer - Mechanical in our San Diego office, you will independently own the mechanical design of new products from concept through manufacturing. You will serve as the on-site mechanical point of contact for our local Technical Program Managers, Electrical Engineers, Firmware Engineers, and Acoustics Engineer, while coordinating closely with our mechanical engineering team across our Taiwan, Washington DC, and Florida offices and our manufacturing partners in Asia. This role operates in the fast-paced, high-cadence development environment that defines consumer electronics. Key Responsibilities Own product development end-to-end: Independently drive mechanical design of consumer electronics products from concept and industrial-design intent through detailed design, prototyping, and mass production.
