What You Will Be Doing: You will support the design, development, and optimization of the core energy management systems for Helion’s fusion generators. This includes high-voltage pulsed power delivery, energy recovery, redistribution networks, and AC grid-tie systems. In this role, you’ll drive design excellence, mentor other engineers, and contribute directly to one of the most ambitious energy challenges of our time. This is an onsite role reporting to the Senior Manager of Electrical Engineering at our Everett, WA office. You Will: Design, test, and troubleshoot high-voltage power systems that drive pulsed magnetic coils Oversee procurement, construction, and commissioning of electrical systems delivering <1 ms pulses at up to 5 MA and 40 kV Develop system architecture and collaborate on schematics and installation drawings Lead design reviews, validating cost-effective, scalable, and reliable solutions Support generator commissi
