We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Learning Tribe . This is a high-impact individual contributor role with a broad, cross-functional scope. You will operate at the intersection of product, engineering, and business - driving technical strategy, architecture, and execution for some of the most critical areas of Preply. At Preply, being a Staff Engineer is about multiplying your impact beyond a single squad. You will operate at both a tribe and organizational level, helping define what problems matter, align teams around them, and drive solutions across the entire organization . You’ll partner closely with engineering and product leadership to shape our technical direction and raise the bar for how we build and scale.
