The role This is an exciting new opportunity at Preply to significantly accelerate how our learners make progress. You will own the Applied AI Learning team — the team building the intelligence layer behind Preply's learning product. That means the models that score a learner's progress after a lesson, detect grammar mistakes in real time, and recommend the right next exercise to keep getting better. Preply sits on one of the richest learning datasets in edtech. There is no one-size-fits-all for learning. Your job is to turn that data into a hyper-personalized learning journey that helps learners and tutors reach their goals faster: measuring progress across skills, surfacing the right next step, and making the system smarter over time. We are looking for someone who can combine deep machine learning fluency with the product instinct to turn complex model outputs into real learner impact.
