Description

JOB OBJECTIVES Collect, analyze, and model business requirements to ensure IT solutions/processes meet business objectives and operate efficiently. Collaborate closely with stakeholders (Business Users, Developers, QA) to ensure product quality and successful implementation. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Finance – Banking, Economics, or related fields. Minimum 2–3 years of BA experience in fintech/ lending solutions, CRM, LOS/Core Banking/ securities or similar business systems.  In-depth understanding of financial and banking processes: lending, credit approval, CRM, product management. Goot at English. Proficient in analytical and modeling techniques: Use Cases, BPMN/Flowchart, User Stories, SRS/BRD/URD. Strong teamwork skills, multi-departmental collaboration (business & tech), logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
