The focus is on backend and automation development, not web applications. Requirements: - Strong commercial experience with Python 3.12+ - Experience developing backend/batch applications (no Django/FastAPI required) - Solid knowledge of SQL Server, pyodbc, and SQLAlchemy - Experience integrating with Microsoft 365, including: - SharePoint Online - Microsoft Graph API - MSAL - Service Principals - Certificate-based authentication - Experience with pandas - Familiarity with pytest - Experience deploying applications to Windows Server/VM - Experience with Azure DevOps - Building standalone executables using PyInstaller Nice to Have: - Docker - Azure Functions - Azure Key Vault - Microsoft Teams - SharePoint - GraphQL
