Description

Java Software Engineer Full-time/Company: BiFinance Applicants must be located in Canada. Responsibilities: - Participate in developing and maintaining products for crypto exchanges and wallet services. - Provide technical solutions to realize business interfaces. - Participate in program discussions, technical research, performance tuning and troubleshooting. - Analyze and improve system performance and perform system health checks. - Collaborate with team members for system improvement. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience. - At least 3 years solid experience in Java, Spring, Spring Boot; proficient in core Java and Spring Framework. - Experience developing large financial platforms or exchanges is preferred. - Experience with high-concurrency/high-availability components (Load Balancers: Nginx, HAProxy; Caching: Redis, Memcached; Message Queues: Kafka, RocketMQ; Distributed DBs: Cassandra, HBase). - Familiarity with microservices architecture and related tools (Spring Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes). - Good knowledge of git, maven, and JavaScript development. - Familiar with network communication, distributed system development, and caching technologies. Nice to have: - Cryptocurrency experience (1 year preferred).
