IT Network Engineer L2 Nordicrecruiters, Belgrade We are seeking an experienced and motivated IT Network Engineer L2 to join a leading B2B provider supporting live studio and gaming operations. What you'll do: 🌸Maintain, configure and monitor network equipment (switches, routers, firewalls) to ensure stable, high performance infrastructure across all studio operations. 🌸Deploy and optimize wireless networks, ensuring seamless connectivity with rapid troubleshooting when issues arise. 🌸Monitor network systems proactively, diagnose and resolve incidents efficiently, and document all actions to ensure operational continuity. 🌸Support network services on both Windows and Linux environments managing DNS, DHCP, VPN and other critical network services. 🌸Collaborate with internal IT and systems teams to ensure infrastructure security and reliability, contributing to network security measures, firewall setups, and VPN configurations. What were looking for: 💦Solid handson experience (24 years) in network engineering or IT support, with strong knowledge of Cisco networking equipment (routers, switches). 💦Familiarity with TCP/IP, VPNs, routing protocols (e.g. OSPF, BGP), and network diagnostic tools (such as Wireshark, PRTG or Zabbix). 💦Comfortable working on Windows and Linux systems with practical experience managing network services (DNS, DHCP etc.). 💦Strong problem-solving skills, calm under pressure, analytical mind, and the ability to act proactively when network issues arise. 💦Excellent English (C1), both written and spoken communication and collaboration skills are essential. 💦Willingness to work in shift rotation (including nights) to support 24/7 operations.
