Introduction Provide strategic and operational leadership for IT solutions that support medical equipment supplies company, with a strong focus on e-health platforms, RIS/PACS, Hospital Information Systems, connected medical equipment, digital workflow solutions, and customer-facing healthcare technology systems. The role leads the IT technical team and ensures that internal systems, customer deployments, medical device integrations, healthcare information systems, cybersecurity controls, and support services are implemented, maintained, secured, and continuously improved across hospitals, clinics, laboratories, imaging centers, and participating healthcare institutions. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and implement an IT solutions, e-health, RIS/PACS, and healthcare systems strategy aligned with the company’s medical equipment supply business, customer needs, and growth objectives. Lead, manage, mentor, and performance-manage the IT technical team, including systems engineers, support technicians, service desk resources, application support staff, and external technical partners. Oversee the implementation, configuration, integration, and support of RIS/PACS, Hospital Information Systems, Laboratory Information Systems, radiology workflows, reporting platforms, customer portals, and related e-health solutions. Manage connectivity and integration between medical equipment, imaging modalities, diagnostic devices, hospital networks, DICOM workflows, HL7 interfaces, cloud platforms, and business systems. Oversee IT infrastructure, servers, networks, cybersecurity, cloud services, storage, backup systems, user devices, service desk platforms, and internal business applications. Ensure cybersecurity, data protection, access control, patient data confidentiality, disaster recovery readiness, backup integrity, and business continuity for internal and customer-facing healthcare systems.
