Staff+ Engineer · $200,000+ · significant equity Full-time/Company: Arcade Arcade is the team behind PRJX, the #1 DEX on HyperEVM, which generated $5.4M revenue in year one with two full-time people. They are building the best place to trade crypto (spot + perps) on mobile and a completely original social product with novel mechanisms. NA/EU timezones preferred. Responsibilities: - Build the best trading system in crypto. - Own the entire trading infrastructure. - Build the payout system that shares fees with the people who drive volume. - Turn a dozen data providers into one reliable source of truth. - Earn trust at the worst possible moment. - Scale the system to $100M daily volume. Requirements: - Owned the system of record for customer funds across ledger, settlement, and matching. - Defined a financial system's consistency guarantees and operating limits. - Migrated live financial data with zero downtime and zero loss. - Operated a high-throughput system under adversarial conditions. - Been the final authority and the last escalation. Nice to have: - Rust and Go experience.
