To drive this digital transformation, the organization has deployed a high-performance on-premises AI server . The company is now seeking a Lead AI Prompt Engineer & Architect to take command of this infrastructure, optimize workflows across all departments, and build next-generation AI agents. The vision extends across the entire organization: implementing customized AI agents to support every role—from kitchen staff preparing daily operations to office clerks streamlining paperwork and machine operators optimizing real-time throughput. Software Engineering Foundation: You have a solid understanding of software engineering principles. You know how to write clean code, work with APIs, manage databases, and integrate AI models into production environments. ) and understand their respective strengths, token physics, and architectural differences. , vLLM, Ollama, Hugging Face TGI, Docker, CUDA configurations). ● Systems Thinking: The ability to look at a complex manufacturing organization, understand how the gears turn, and visualize how AI can stitch departments together more efficiently. ● Proactive Innovation: You don't wait for a ticket to be assigned.
