What you&;ll do: 🔹 Analyze and document business processes (AS IS / TO BE); 🔹 Conduct interviews with stakeholders and gather business requirements; 🔹 Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation; 🔹 Prepare technical specifications for the development team; 🔹 Participate in creating BI reports and dashboards; 🔹 Test new features and maintain up-to-date documentation. We&;re looking for someone who: ✅ Has strong analytical thinking skills; ✅ Pays close attention to detail; ✅ Is eager to understand and improve business processes; ✅ Has excellent written communication skills; ✅ Is proactive and learns quickly. Nice to have: ✔️ Excel / Google Sheets; ✔️ Basic SQL knowledge; ✔️ Power BI, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools; ✔️ BPMN, Miro, Draw.io; ✔️ Bitrix24; ✔️ Experience using ChatGPT and other AI tools; ✔️ English skills for researching professional information.
