#vacancy #golang #lead #fintech #AI #go #psp 🔥 BACKEND TEAM LEAD (GO) | FINTECH 📍 Cyprus | Relocation 💰 €6,000–7,000 NET ✈️ Flights + 2 weeks accommodation + visa support We’re hiring a hands-on Backend Team Lead to lead a team of 6–8 Go engineers and build high-load payment infrastructure used for real-time transaction processing. 💻 Your responsibilities: • Lead backend architecture and technical delivery • Build scalable microservices & event-driven systems • Review code and stay hands-on with Go development • Improve performance, reliability & observability • Lead production incidents and technical investigations • Mentor engineers and participate in hiring • Drive AI-assisted development across the team 🔑 Requirements: • Strong Go/Golang background • Previous Team Lead / Tech Lead experience • Distributed systems & microservices • PostgreSQL: transactions, indexing, optimization • NATS / Kafka / RabbitMQ • High-load, business-critical production systems • CI/CD, monitoring, testing & troubleshooting • FinTech / payments / PSP / acquiring experience • Knowledge of settlements, reconciliation, refunds & chargebacks • Practical experience with AI coding assistants / AI agents ⭐ Nice to have: ClickHouse, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, PCI DSS. 🎯 Role split: ~60% technical leadership & delivery + ~40% hands-on engineering. 🌍 International fintech environment 📈 Career & professional growth 🤝 Direct communication with senior management ⚡ Fast decision-making 📩 Interested?
