Responsibilities Lead and Manage Consumer banking projects and initiatives across our 6 key markets which include Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India, Indonesia and China. Manage end to end delivery, include gathering detailed requirement from business lead of customer journey , collaborate with stakeholders for UI of signoff CJ, Data requirement, copytext, notifications templates, review for error scenarios etc Responsible for squad capacity within budget, backlog & stakeholder, clear understanding of the delivery and it’s ROI to prioritize work for the cross functional team to deliver together. Create the release plan with scrum master, with details on UAT, testing strategy, coverage, entry and exit criteria to implementation approach. Drive quality engineering and test automation adoption by ensuring appropriate automation strategy, coverage planning, and execution using modern tools such as Playwright for web testing and Appium for mobile application testing. Oversee delivery execution from QA quality, sprint demo, status reporting from velocity to aging tickets and escalation where required.
