About Us The Information systems agency of Armenia is supporting the creation of the Armenian e-society. About You We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Engineer (Manual & Automation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining both manual and automated test solutions to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of web applications. You will work closely with developers, Product Owners, and DevOps engineers throughout the software development lifecycle. 5+ years of experience in Manual and Automation QA. Strong knowledge of software testing principles and QA methodologies. Hands-on experience with manual testing and test design techniques (boundary-value analysis, equivalence partitioning, decision tables). Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams. Experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or similar. Experience testing REST APIs using tools like Postman (especially multi-step automations). Experience with cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing. Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript or Python Experience with version control systems (Git). ). Experience with bug tracking and project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Azure DevOps). Experience with test case management tools such as TestRail, Zephyr, or Xray. Understanding of SQL and database testing. Solid understanding of software development and testing life cycles (SDLC/STLC). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment. Intermediate or higher level of English. Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI agentic workflows.
